Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time..
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
due to the coronavirus we are only shipping orders twice a week.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates..
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Royal mail to post parcels any additional info for these can be found
Shipment cost..
Jewellery packages under £20.00 cost £1.70. £20.00 to £30.00 cost £2.70 all Jewellery orders over £30.00 are delivered free of charge in the UK. Express shipping for orders under £30.00 cost £3.60.
Aerosols are a restricted items and can only be sent within the UK there is a maximum allowance of two items per order as set by Royal Mail. £3.45 per order.
Delivery delays..
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Damages..
Steelhybrid is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
